I want to recognize an employee who since the arrival with my family, her attention was excellent. Her name is Moe, she was always very kind and charismatic, she gave us all the attention and gave us places to go to eat near the hotel area and she was always very attentive and available. in making our stay as comfortable as possible, thank you very much Moe for your attention...

The hotel staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are not clean and the room service was not provided during the stay. Across the street there’s a holiday inn that 99 a night. Comes with deee breakfast and ROOM Service. Our room was affected by someone smoking and tripping the sprinkler system, when I attempted to approach management about comping the stay they acted like it was my issue. The Hilton brand used to men sell thing and stood for quality now it’s just sorry and unclean. Don’t stay here save your money

The hotel is not brand new, but everything is immaculately clean. Staff is very friendly and professional. The hot breakfast is very good. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Got in and realized the room had not been totally cleaned, needed two sets of towels...waited two hours, then shared a towel with my husband! Also, cold water in sink turned off!! Don't blame housekeeping, I think maintenance just never got there.

Visited area to attend graduation ceremony at Ft. Moore. Staff members (including kitchen staff) were extremely courteous and demonstrated professional customer service. Had an issue with my room toilet but after reporting to front desk the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Convenient to various restaurants and other stores.

My room had a strong smell of urine to the point I got ill and nauseated within a few minutes. My second room which was on another floor had at extremely dirty floors. The hotel was quite. Bed comfortable and coffee in the room. Bathroom clean and plenty of towels. Friendly staff. I didn't eat the breakfast because a child was running around the room that was serving breakfast and she was coughing all over the food being served.

I have never felt so gross at a Hampton. So disappointed and shocked that a Hampton was in this condition. The decor is insanely old, thick dust on the chair, they have creeky old box …
